It does seem crazy to breed dogs for their wrinkles, they are not optimally good for them and it must be hard for them to see. I don't understand people wanting flat faced dogs either. They are so popular but it's hard for them to breath and they look as if they've been punched in the face.

Humans are horrible. Selective breeding did that to those poor dogs.

Stephanie.S., My dog couldn't be more different. He's a greyhound. I hate the "sport" but love the dogs. He's tall, elegant, with slender legs and a fine coat. Greyhounds are easy to keep, but need some special care. They can not be treated as "outside" dogs , they have very little body fat as well as a fine coat ( no undercoat)so they feel the cold. They're great for older people because they need very little exercise (contrary to popular belief) and are happy to walk at a slower pace. I could go on, but I'd better not.

Always loved this dog. First time I saw this breed, was in the movie Billion Dollar Hobo with Tim Conway.
