Which breed of dog is this?

I know a lady that has one of these. She does not give it foo-foo haircuts and it is a beautiful dog.

I saw a pair of party colored poodles once. Beautiful. Their owner did not have them clipped with poofs.They were black and white. maybe it's spelled parti I don't know
