Vettie, I’m sure every culture has some dish or delicacy that is disgusting to other cultures, even in the 21st century. I could never eat this either, but possibly there is something we might enjoy that would be disgusting to a Sardinian, like maybe some over processed food full of GMOs, rancid oils and preservatives?
