Where is the Island of Montserrat located?

We live north of Monserrat in Puerto Rico during the months of the major volcanic reaction the skys over the Caribbean were always overcast with thick dust that would settle on our deck as gray ash and flew in the house through the windows and doors. Everything outside was covered in gray ash and it killed the fish and turtles in ppnd in our patio.
