Moray, Another great book ruined by Stanley Kubrick, just like "The Shining." I wonder what he had against keeping the author's ending. Stephen King doesn't like Kubrick's version of HIS book, either.

I read the book before watching the movie. Seeing the "ultra violence" rather than just reading about it was a real eye opener for a kid of 14 years.
