What is the name of this bird?

Not a good pet or even aviary bird even if hand raised, they turn vicious after the first moult .As long as you can forestall the attacks they are good talkers. My galah learnt several phases off one I had raised. They are still listed in Goulds as a common garden bird but that probably needs review. They used to be common where I live but seeing less and less. Of course nothing to do with the fact all the new residents in the area seem to have cats.
