Gem-kat1, I'm *guessing* they may have become less popular by the late 60s or so. I had them in the mid 1950s, but never really built much. I don't have the spatial thing or whatever. I was much more into science stuff - chemistry set, biology set, microscope, telescope ...

I am not yet some of the previously stated ages & I certainly have very fond childhood memories of playing with Tinker Toys & several other of the imaginative toys that unfortunately seem to have fallen by the wayside. Perhaps these toys were not distributed internationally.
