Which type of cabbage is this?

In China, we call this veg Shanghai green. In fact, bok troy is another veg, which has different texture and look from the one shown here.

we call it Pak choice in the UK.

my dear wife used to cook the above vegetable deliciously. it's a shame the man who took her from me appreciated nothing but wrongdoing.
