Kiwozzie, I had no idea. The cream puffs on this croquembush I don't think we're dipped. But they were covered with strings caramelized of caramelized sugar. Now keep in mind this 25 some odd years ago. They might have been dipped.

My mom had one made for my grandparents 60th anniversary. it was absolutely beautiful not to mention extra tasty.

It is dangerous to make, dipping each filled profiterole into molten toffee and then sticking them in the cone mold. Toffee burns hurt!
