According to the 'New French Dictionary' what does 'yaourter' literally mean?

I use the term Yogurt to describe politicians: they’re supposed to be good for you , but they’re a bit thick and they leave a nasty taste in your mouth

actually I'm from India, I don't know about Abrod... but I know little bit.....
