Which company owns Lea & Perrins Worcester Sauce?

I put that stuff on and in everything!

Actually, the sauce was created by Perrin when he was living in Northamptonshire but he took a barrel with him when he went to live in Worcestershire. I think there was an element of fermentation involved before it became palatable . As recent research has turned up the original recipe in Northampton, it is now being recreated as Northamptonshire Sauce

I wonder what it is in it.
