Correct answer: Bain-Marie

I answered "double bubbler" because double boiler wasn't on the list, and I thought it might be the British phrase. Never heard of Marie's bath.

Charlie
A bain-marie is not the same as a double boiler. A Bain marie is a water bath used in the oven to cook custards and cheesecake. A double boiler is used on the stovetop to melt chocolate, for example.

Timoteo
In Spanish it's called baño María.
