Although you could drive one on the street, there are metal spikes in the tires. they would get ruined in a short stretch of hard road. i think this picture is photo shopped. i operate a Zamboni.

This is actually an ice resurfacer. Zamboni is a brand name; they make ice resurfacer's. Olympia also makes ice resurfacer's.
