With reference to dental health, what is bruxism?

I've had issues with grinding my teeth at night. 😬

Alot of daytime grinding is caused by stress. You aren't even aware that you're grinding.

smarty pants, I have less than 32 teeth as adults normally have & suffer with this grinding.

l knew a woman that had small teeth. she told everyone that her adult teeth never grew in. l told her to ask her dentist if this was caused by grinding her teeth.
