Incredibly talented and great songs we all relate to. Such a loss at a young age.

I liked " You don't mess around with Jim" and " Bad Bad Leroy Brown" as a kid.

Sadly missed "Lovers Cross" great song too

Sad story. Although I was not a big fan of his music, I know a lot of folks were & I've heard he was a nice guy as well as talented.

I remember that sad day. Then hearing I've Got a Name released immediately afterwards was chilling with those lyrics. It still breaks my heart when I hear it. Outstanding guitarist as well.

Brilliant singer and songwriter. Such a lovely voice. I love his work. So very sad :'(

I've been a fan of Croce all my life. A song that doesn't get much mention is "Rapid Roy that stock car boy". I like the lyrics "he's got a tattoo on his arm that says "baby" he's got another one that just says "hey" he's always got an extra pack of cigarettes rolled up in his t shirt sleeve".
