Which of these is a certain religious text?

A tablet is not a religious text. Poor wording.

Does it say anywhere in the accounts what language they were written in. The majority of people then were illiterate and if Moses was raised and educated in Egypt then they would have to have been written in hieroglyphics ( formal or cursive???) for him to understand them and in that case they would only read properly in the Egyptian language in use at the time.
