What did the whiskey "Old Tub" become better known as in 1943?
Correct answer: Jim Beam

Yum - My favorite Bourbon - Flavor not too overpowering, as with other brands - Wild Turkey, for example, is excellent Bourbon; but flavor refuses to let go - "Turkey" is best mixed with Coca-Cola, especially the 101 proof - I enjoy 2 oz. Turkey 101 + 8 oz. Coke with splash of club soda, over ice in a highball glass. Tip: chill glass in freezer as you would a beer mug. Jim Beam is best neat (straight up) with ice water chaser. I'm sure other folks have differing opinions & this is just my humble opinion. Thanks for listening.

I love it but I don't think my liver approves

bourbon should always be served neat. water is the best alcohol backer or chaser if you will as it is very dehydrating. Enjoy responsibly!!!!

Terrible tasting bourbon.

All Bourbon is good, just some are great. To many to choose.

I prefer Evan Williams. Jim Beam always gives me a headache.

ChampionNymph37634, exactly how I like my Beam, though it also plays nicely with ginger ale if you’re in the mood for a classic highball
