Yum tofu in many yummy forms had lil deep fried cubes in a restaurant the first time I had it yummo it’s nice all sorts of dishes, soups, in a stir fry or curry in the place of meat & tastes nice marinated, on satay skewers & grilled/fried for a burger. In my opinion worth a try.

In India Tofu is called as Paneer. It is made using milk.
