"Eleven" is a young girl with telepathic and psychokinetic abilities from which American TV series?

Nirvana girl Jade!, it's fantastic! I only recently got Netflix and this was the first thing I binged. The cast is great, the story is well-written, it's creepy and funny and smart. Stephen King loves it, which was a good recommendation for me. Give it a shot.
