REPORTED: Actually, more clarification is needed here IMHO. According to WorldAtlas.com 1/8/2019 listing of the largest proven oil reserves listing world wide, Libya is #9 & Nigeria is # 11. Yet according to NS Energy states that Libya at 48 billion barrels & Nigeria at 37 billion barrels then states that Nigeria is the largest oil producer in Africa!? Wikipedia sites vary on the information, 1 lists Nigeria over Libya, another states Libya is the largest. EIA also states Nigeria.
