Which is the main ingredient of Iceland's national dish hákarl?

I've eaten a lot of Icelandic traditional food thnx to Halldor, a coworker and a friend from Iceland, but i put the line when it cames to taste the rooten shark. I simply couldn't.

So relieved that it wasn't dolphins.

Wouldn't think there would be dolphins in that colder water.
