Which of these has a ceremony called the "Grand Howl"?

I used to be a Cub Scout leader when my son was little and I never heard of the "Grand Howl".

Hmmm, no one in my family was a cub scout. We had wonderful dog that was half wolf though. My three brothers and I learned how to howl like Pal! That's why I always say I was raised by "wolves" ! I must say that Pal was the most civilized of us all!
