And it is wrong !
There are I think two small areas of the brain composed of and known as ‘substantia nigra ‘ which contains significant amounts of melanin . It translates as black matter .

Suhel, you're right they encompass what's called black neurons. I believe it's more of a hypothetical term. It's quite a misleading question for those who know a little of neuroscience.
