Blue stars are blue because of the temperature of their surface. Blue stars are so hot because they are much more massive than cooler stars like our Sun. An example of a blue star is Rigel which is the brightest star in the constellation Orion.

The sun is not yellow. It is white we see it as yellow because of some portion of the light trasmited is absorbed by our atmosphere

I've read before that the true colour of the sun is white, this why we see canvas or paper as white as if it was truly yellow it would give white canvas a yellow colour?
