What is the genome of all the microorganisms, symbiotic and pathogenic living on all vertebrates called?

I always imagine that the microbes on my hands have their own little towns with shops, buses, railways etc just as we have. Don't worry, I'm not going bonkers, I just have a very fertile imagination.
