In which countries is Groundhog Day celebrated?

Got to admit the film nailed it for me.

No groundhogs in Australia, Wombats, Bilbies, Bettongs, Bandicoots, Quolls etc etc

I thought Groundhog Day was the repetition of the same day over and over! We don't have it in Britain.
