Which distinctive features does Spencer Reid from the American TV series "Criminal Minds" have?

jsk1776, I worked at a company in Silicon Valley where this one fellow who I thought was the janitor in his wrinkled clothes and unkempt hair, LOOKED like, maybe, a low paid guy, turned out to be one of the founders of the company. I guess the true genius's don't have time for irons! Einstein being I another example!

Matthew Gray Gubler! What a gem. Criminal Minds was a disturbing show, but I couldn’t let it go cuz of the actors and their characters. Especially Spencer and the special friendship between Penelope and Derek. So cute!
