I think all these cultures had early medicines.. just because they could not find documentation does nit mean it didn’t happen. Just an open question… I vote all cultures

The Egyptians did trepanning ie cutting 3 holes in the head to cut out any inflamed parts of the brain!!! Not always helpful!!!
