My husband's birthday is on Groundhog day & we did go up & meet Phil & a few of his handlers. They were all very kind and had a way with everyone. Phil lives in the library in the town, with his wife Phyllis & another male. So sweet that the town children get to grow up with such a famous Groundhog!
