What did the 22nd amendment of the US constitution regulate?

This amendment needs to be extended to members of Congress!

term limits on congress....oh yea they will vote for that.

Happened after FDR being so ill toward the end. Now if it could only be applied to Congress, like states and cities have done.

Absolutely needs to apply to Representatives and Senators, have a feeling we will never see it though. They aren't going to do anything to limit the way the place themselves above the average citizens.
