I don’t think this is an appropriate forum to racially profile an entire country based on certain areas of crime. I would sadly inform you according to National Children’s Alliance most abuse occurs (77%) in the home by a parent. It’s not good to perpetuate the myth that women and children are well and healthy in certain areas of the world but are “in danger” in other parts. It really does nothing to help victims of abuse and perpetuate racial stereotypes.
