How many permanently inhabited Spanish cities are there in mainland Africa?

Glenn the Excel man, Only way for Morocco to claim the cities are invasion or any concessions by the Spanish Government but Morocco would probably not seek any invasion for fear of NATO. Any concessions by the Spanish Government would trigger independence movements in Catalonia and the Basque. Spain would definitely suffer a governmental collapse too. It would be too hard to be officially claimed as Morocco.
