The picture is of a different pair of twins. If you Google the Elliot twins you'll see that one is noticeably smaller than the other.

They both look so Healthy you could never tell the Difference. none of them even look Premature. I have a Nephew that was born 4 months early & he Suffers from Grey matter Cerebal Palsy. he is 7 now & still can't Walk talk or eat solid food..

People have regularly been asking why you can't see some of the comments people's comments are referring to. I've just googled this question about the twins (the twins pictured are not the twins referred to in this question), I found another quiz called 'QuizzClub.Com'.... it has identical questions and answers as this quiz and is also a very similar format. I also found some identical comments by people whose names I recognise from this quiz, but not all. So it seems some 'copying' is going on and some comments are copied.
