What are the extra folds on cat's ears more commonly called?

KittyA9, Just did some research. Nobody seems to know why "Henry" is used.

It would be nice to know why they are called “Henry’s Pockets” and not another name, such Bill or Fred.

I suppose it's a similar situation to the appendix in humans, no-one knows its evolutionary function. However, these pockets on cat's ears are so cute!

Scottish Folds are called this for this reason, perhaps wrong answers. Their ears fold over, do your research.
