#4047702 Of you use something other than sheets, it's pasta al forno (pasta in the oven). That is definitely not linguinl in the picture and almost big enough to be papardelle.

this is either tagliatelle or fettuccini but it certainly is not linguini. linguini is about 4mm wide and elliptical in shape, whereas the other two are flat ribbons
