I have suffered from ocd since my early 20s, I am now 60. Unfortunately, I have been very severely afflicted with it for over 20 years. It is so, so debilitating. My nephew contracted it at 15 years' old, I am convinced that it is genetic

I remember as a child, watching my mom check the stove over and over before leaving the house. I thought it was silly and strange. Now I find myself repeatedly checking doors to make sure they're locked before going to bed. I've had OCD since I was in my 30s. It's terrible because I can't seem to stop even though I know it's senseless!

Yeah I have thoughts about Michael Jackson repeatedly!! I know I'm obsessed!! ( I still kinda have a crush on him!! because I had a crush on him at 11 and then it stopped and know my crush is back!! I don't know!! it's just something about him!! I think he's so handsome and just amazing!! which I bet many people would agree!! but I feel like I have a very unhealthy obsession over him!! but I don't forget to do anything but it's something ya know!! and now I'm 19!! so yeah being a preteen was hard!! and being a teen is hard!!)

I seen a commercial with Howie Mandel talking about OCD. He says to seek help and that it can be controlled.
