Which of the following U.S. TV cartoon characters did not debut in a Hanna-Barbera animated series?

Out of them all Quick Draw McGraw and Paddlefoot were my favorites.

Cartoon was actually a series of stop action drawings and the mouth parts moved like real lips. Creepily bizarre!!!
