When did the Cathedral of Notre Dame catch fire?

The French are pathetic in emergency situations. It took ages for an ambulance to arrive at the fatal accident of Princess Diana too.

baymax, I love gargoyles too! I have never seen that church in person but was so disturbed to see such an iconic and historical building slowly get destroyed.
