The beach resort city of Pattaya is in which country?

I've been there this year, its was a beautiful beach

Pattaya is great, but the beaches were a little sketchy when I was there in 1991. The beaches were a mess with litter and the feral dogs were rampant. But overall we had a fantastic time in the restaurants and malls of Pattaya.

I've never been to Thailand😁🇧🇮
