In which of these countries are there no laws that support the process of divorce?

hopefully Philippines could have divorce and Catholic church agree to this law, we are in 21century, we can't force marriage if it doesn't work. I truly agree that both sides would suffer specially Children if the family had no peace.

Philippines too but there's currently an effort to change that.
