Saket L, Well most people have said Kentucky State Park which is in USA, I presume. I saw and photographed one from my garden in mid England, UK. So maybe you can see 1 almost anywhere if the conditions are right. I took the photo last summer (2022) and I didn't know what it was, till now. So glad I've found out, it is such an awesome beautiful sight... it looked like an enormous (1000 times bigger than the moon or more) moon half risen over the atmosphere... the sky had gone dark during a storm but it was still daylight hours
