I've watched cow jumping in SW France, brilliant family entertainment. The bulls genuinely look like they are having fun too, nothing like horrible bullfighting. It is completely mad, with kids from the audience clamouring to be chased by young calfs, the mums, then the dads. Recommended if you are ever staying near Biarritz.

I had a good laugh at the thought of jumping over the back of an elephant. 😂

There is a professional rodeo act in the US done by Frenchman Emmanuel Lataste where he jumps Mexican fighting bulls. Very exciting to watch.
