Impetigo affects which organ of the human body?

At the first sigh of impetigo, my mother took me to the beach and let me play in the water. The sea salt cured the sore immediately. It might be considered an old wives tale but it worked.

Impetigo bacteria are either Staphylococcus aureus or Streptococcus pyogenes.
