Tina, I have never been diagnosed with OCD, but I tend to do most of the things mentioned. I check doors, stoves and other things repeatedly. I also wash my hands several times.

I think I have OCD, I can't sleep without checking my door and valuable stuffs over and over again, even when I'm alone in the room 😔 and is so disturbing.
