What is this dog breed called?

oh my they remind me of the hyrogliphics drawings in Egypt. those dogs then looks like one in the picture. what u think?

Nice looking dog, but it wouldn't be fair to have one in the UK due to our weather. I can see why it's been mistaken for the Chupacabra though.
