This is one of those products that people are very loyal about, especially depending upon what region they're from. Here, in the NW, it's gotta be Best Foods! Does anyone else have a favorite?

Player #27355, Correct, Hellman's and Best Foods are the same brand. Oddly enough, in the Midwest, and here in Denver, both are sold, often right next to each other, sometimes with one on sale, and the other not...

My recipe for homemade mayonnaise doesn't include vinegar, I had no idea of this recipe until now. I prefer homemade mayonnaise because it's so much healthier than the ones from the store.

Long live mayo, down with ketchup! I used to like ketchup, but it hasn't been in my fridge for years. I learned that a fresh (preferably, home-grown heirloom) tomato is Far superior.

The fist thing my mother made after getting a blender was mayo. She was so excited that she could actually make it from scratch. After the first couple of times though the fun wore off and we went back to Best Foods. lol 😆

Most poultry do not have high enough body temperatures to kill the bacteria that is why it's possible to get Salmonella food poisoning anytime you eat poultry. It's not something you can wash off.

one can never be reasonably sure to be free of Salmonella, it either exists or it doesn't, there is no exact test for it. You take a chance anytime you consume a poultry product not fully cooked to 165°
