Where is the deepest dam in the world?

maddog, you make a good point but Nurek is the second tallest after Jinping-I since 2014. However the question is about the "deepest" which appears to be the amount of dam below the riverbed, not the overall height. Parker Dam isn't particularly tall.

Incidentally Lake Havasu is the location of the old London Bridge

imho, there is at least one higher dam e.g. Tajikistan Nourek dam
