Which U.S. state produces 95% of the world’s bourbon?

Years ago I toured the Jack Daniels distillery. I believe they said that bourbon is simply a more refined whiskey. If you're near Lynchburg Tennessee, take the fabulous tour, and I don't even like whiskey.

I live in Kentucky, so this question was easy for me.

In Canada, whiskey is made from rye. In the bar, a common order would be, "I'll have a rye and Coke." or "A rye and 7 (7-Up)."

I think I could live in Kentucky. Horse races and fine whiskey. Oh he'll yeah !
