Which of these creatures are most associated with the artist and naturalist John James Audubon?

Discovered Audubon’s magnificent works as a kid in my elementary school library. Was most impressed by the vivid illustrations. Helped to develop my love of nature. Recently, I was able to purchase some abridged versions of his works. They take me back to my childhood.

They should tell everyone who looks at those pictures,that those poor birds were killed so he could get a better look at them. Shameful behavior. Don't put this abuser on a pedastal.

Unfortunately he killed the birds in order to "study" them

I've been to the Audubon Museum in Henderson, Kentucky. Many of his books are there. it's a wonderful museum of his works.

I got to see one of his original books that was housed at Indiana University. Very large book with very large illustrations.
