Which of these is sending unsolicited messages to large numbers of users for the purposes of advertising?

I wish there was a real way to stop this practice!

My carrier has apparently blocked a lot of the text spamming. I haven't gotten any inheritance scams in quite a while. An rare text from some lady offering "romance" still comes through.
